At CrickTap, powered by AppySpark, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you decide to stop using CrickTap, you can easily delete your account and remove all information associated with it. This page explains the options and steps available to request deletion.

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your data is directly from within the CrickTap mobile application. This process is fully automated and deletes your records instantaneously.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Open the CrickTap app on your device.
  2. Ensure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.
  3. Navigate to the Profile screen (accessible via the navigation bar).
  4. Select Legal & Privacy from the list of options.
  5. Tap on Delete Forever.
  6. Confirm your request. All of your authentication records, profile details, and matches will be purged immediately.

2. Online Deletion Request

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can submit a manual deletion request here. Our development team will verify and execute your request within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we ensure a clean wipe of your personal details. Here is a breakdown of what happens to your data:

  • Account Profile: User IDs, registered emails, passwords, and profile names.
  • Third-Party Links: Google Authentication tokens and profile picture links.
  • Personal Match Records: Specific matches, team rosters, and tournaments you created.
  • Notification Keys: Firebase push notification tokens.
✓ Retained (Anonymized)
  • Aggregated Match Metrics: Overall number of matches played (fully detached from your profile for server statistics).
  • Crash Logs: De-identified stability logs (stored to fix general crashes in future updates).
  • Analytical Telemetry: Aggregated, non-personal usage trends.
