CrickTap is designed to simplify cricket match tracking, scoring, and tournament coordination. To achieve this, we collect various levels of information.
Account Profile Information: When you register on CrickTap, we collect your email address, chosen password, and profile name. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive authentication details from your Google Profile (such as name, email address, and profile picture URL).
Game Setup & Team Data: We collect and store names of cricket teams, list of player names, tournament configurations, match dates, toss decisions, scoring logs, and related match outcomes you record.
Device & Network Details: We collect hardware configurations, operating system versions, and basic connectivity diagnostics to ensure app stability across different mobile device models.
Telemetry & Telecommunications: To deliver score notifications in real-time, we collect push notification device tokens.

We store your match records and tournament data as long as your account remains active. We respect your control over your data and offer simple deletion options.
In-App Deletion: You can purge all match records, tournament records, and personal account credentials at any time. Simply navigate to Profile Screen -> Legal & Privacy -> Delete Forever. This permanently removes your data from our active Firestore database.
Online Deletion Request: Alternatively, you can submit a request on our Data Deletion Request Page or email us at hello@appyspark.com. We will process your deletion request and wipe your account credentials within 30 days.
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain rights to request access to, edit, or wipe the personal data we manage. You can also modify your advertising consent preferences inside the app by choosing Consent Preferences under your Profile page.
CrickTap does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and realize your child has submitted account details to us, please email support@cricktap.app and we will delete the data promptly.
